The double room with balconies has all the basic facilities you need. the coffee & tea makers and glassware provided are a nice touch. - the location of the hotel is excellent, close to Goereme, Urgup, and restaurants.

Spotless place & attentive and excellent staff. Spotless and stunning units with nice view. Paid £ 67. A nice hotel, my first choice in Ortahisar.

The hotel is clean with nice staff members. The room is clean and absolutely stunning and equipped with an iron/ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and a multi-channel television. The property is set in a particularly good and excellent location very close to many attractions and Urgup.

clean and well-kept rooms. great location with easy access to attractions. the staff - especially Faxri and Akbar - were incredibly helpful and accommodating. gained local insights about the area. enjoyed the terrace and balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. the breakfast buffet was amazing.

The rooms were absolutely mind-blowing, so comfortable and well-kept. The balconies were a super nice touch, perfect for relaxing. The terrace offered a jaw-dropping view of everything. Breakfast was really good, and our host Akbar was simply amazing, always going above and beyond to help us. Plus, the hot air balloon rides were super cheap at only £89 per person! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs, with tea, local tips, and a variety of room choices. The staff was immaculate, and the restaurant served delicious food. This is definitely a place to stay if you want a clean property and incredible staff to make your stay memorable. The location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but still accessible to the main attractions. Thank you to Perihan and Ekber for their warm hospitality. Can't think of any negatives at all!

Located near to everything! We were warmly greeted and served tea. The immaculate staff even gave us local tips and were always available to help us book places. The restaurant served really good food. The rooms with balconies were a perfect place to relax and order a fruit platter.

The air conditioning unit had not been turned on for the summer and we couldn't sleep because of the high temperatures. We were put in a wrong uncleaned room and we had to ask the staff multiple times to be assigned a better one, which had some electrical issues too.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated well. The staff was cute, helpful, and accommodating. Faxri were great, we had everything we needed. The rooms were fine, especially those with balconies. The location was peaceful, yet easily accessible to the main attractions.

Everything was spot on.
